The first product, CDR‐Web was designed by a team of four developers and implemented at Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI. This was the first web based Clinical Data Repository in the market. A few years later, we entered into a partnership with Henry Ford Health System and created a new product called CarePlus Next Generation. This was an enterprise Electronic Medical Record in which our unique core architecture was used to create a web interface, workflow engines, and data parsing engines upon which the entire application was constructed. This service converted the documents to PDF format and attached them to the patient record.• Created a mobile version of the application which ran on Windows CE and Palm devices.• Installed and supported CDR‐Web in two additional hospitals: Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, MI and Bay Medical Center in Panama City, FLA.
