BTR Sensors: A $400M group (15+ companies) specializing in the development/manufacture of temperature, pressure, position and electromechanical sensors. As CEO of the group achieved a top line CAGR of >10% over 3 years while maintaining EBIT margins of > 20%.GT Solar/GTAT (NASDAQ): A capital equipment provider to the solar and LED industries. As CEO, over a period of 3 fiscal years ending in March 2012, took the company from 70% PE ownership to 100% public float and took revenue/EPS from $544M/$.60 to $955M/$1.45. Xerium (NYSE): A $600M multinational company involved in the development, manufacturing and distribution of consumable textiles used in the paper making industry. As CEO, led company through two recapitalizations and an IPO - returned substantial capital to investors. Pulse Electronics (NASDAQ): A $70M public company involved in the development/manufacture of pulse transformers and filter networks. As COO, lived in Hong Kong China and built a 7,000 person manufacturing operation.
