We also provide professional development and consulting that helps schools understand the importance of using a data-driven approach to identifying the needs of students and customizing instruction to meet those needs.Behavior:We provide behavior assessment tools to schools that help them identify the need for behavior support in their settings. Our goal is to help them use their student support resources efficiently and effectively. We also provide professional development and consulting to maximize the effectiveness of the tools and give teachers strategies to adjust to the reallocation of resources.Consulting:Our goal is Achievement-Focused Leadership - We provide a proven process that shows school leaders how they can better support what is happening in the classroom so that learning can be accelerated. Student achievement happens when the teachers are given effective tools, trained on the effective use of the tools and provided with the support from leadership to produce achievement.
