As a Machine Shop Manager at Bacon Engineering, I oversee the daily operations of the machining and the manufacturing department. Ensuring quality, efficiency, and that the safety standards are met. I have more than 10 years of experience in the field, starting as a Machine Shop apprentice then becoming supervisor and advancing to my current role. I have a plethora of skills in machining, manufacturing including first aid and team management and I have contributed to many significant projects for the company, such as designing and producing custom parts, repairing, maintaining equipment and optimizing workflows.
