Determine customer's needs and assist them in scheduling reservations for a truck, trailer, and personal storage rentals as well as hitch installation. Retail sales of moving supplies, propane and hitches. Enter data such as customer information, truck rental amounts, and credit card information for processing into the U-Haul database. Resolve customer complaints and concerns by utilizing communication skills to explain U-Haul policies. Receive inbound calls from customers in regards to rentals and equipment. Evaluate the calls quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment. Install hitches. Perform maintenance on moving trucks and trailers. Prepare and dispatch trucks and trailers. Greet customers returning rental equipment and close out their contracts. Pick up and deliver equipment from outside locations. Dispense propane.
