I am currently a part-time student at Victoria University studying a Bachelor's in Sports Management. My goal at the end of my degree is to be working part time at a professional sporting organisation. I have a large passion for sport and it is definitely more to me than just entertainment for viewers.Working in retail at EJ Cards has given me a lot of Soft skills such as cash handling, communication, time management, listening, culture shifting, honesty and teamwork. Also working in the food industry also helped me build these soft skills set to prepare me for what the future holds.I am currently doing my work placement at the St Kilda Football Club in the Talent ID sector. It has given me the confidence to showcase my abilities and being adaptive to several situations. This role included me in helping scout at the Interleague matches. My long term goal is to be working in the AFL industry within the recruiting department. I have always had a passion for the sport and I want to help continue helping out in growing the sport.
