Lead all Howden sponsorship activity across the Pacific region including relationships with the British & Irish Lions, Victoria Racing Club, Sydney University Football Club and Reclink.

In this role I was responsible for identifying opportunities with with large B2B organisations (rev $300m+) to develop tailored partnership solutions aimed at driving growth and delivering value to their customers through enhanced working capital and loyalty solutions.

The Marketing Academy is a non-profit organization developing leadership capability in talented marketers from the Marketing, Advertising and Communications industries through mentoring coaching and intensive learning.

Responsible for driving business development initiatives for the Australian market, both with existing clients and new relationships. I also drive the strategic responses to briefs for regional and global opportunities.

Global client lead for the Mastercard sponsorship of Rugby World Cup 2019. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Sponsorships in New York, I was responsible for leading a team of 17 in the planning, strategic development & execution of all RWC2019 activity. Our team worked closely with the global and local consumer marketing teams to develop tailored B2B and B2B2C strategies targeted at both inbound & domestic rugby fans. In addition, we worked directly with Mastercard's Issuer and Merchant partners to leverage RWC2019 for over 90 individual campaigns around the world. The team was responsible for integrating all activity amongst the agency village and played a central role in the relationship with World Rugby and other Worldwide partners.

Based in-house at Mastercard’s Regional HQ in Singapore and reporting directly to the Head of Sponsorships, I was responsible for the development and implementation of the sponsorship strategy for the Asia Pacific region. Leading a team of four with a focus on driving the activation of Global sponsorships across Asia Pacific, we worked with both regional & local marketing teams to integrate partnerships (UEFA Champions League, RWC, The Grammys, The Open) into the broader marketing strategy to drive business objectives. Primarily this was focused on working with Issuer & Merchant partners to integrate the Mastercard portfolio into B2B2C activity.We also provided strategic support for local markets as they planned, built, measured and activate their own portfolios. Highlights included securing a deal as Official Payment Partner of the Australian Open, launching Priceless Japan at Tokyo Fashion Week with Gwen Stefani, bringing Martin Johnson and a giant William Webb Ellis Cup to Asia for RWC2015 and developing regional product campaigns starring Hugh Jackman.

During my initial stint at Octagon Australia, I was responsible for managing a variety of sponsorship properties and led innovative experiential campaigns with market leading brands. My involvement encompassed a wide range of activity, from strategic development to through to activation on the ground.Highlights included:- XXXX Island- XXXX GOLD V8 Supercars- Rexona Australia's Greatest Athlete- Samsung ARU Partnership- King Gee V8 Supercars

Working within one of Europe’s largest youth based provincial rugby training programs; I was responsible for the coordination and implementation of curriculum based rugby sessions with students ranging from 5-17 years of age, in several schools through out Limerick, Ireland.
