Assist and successfully manage patient requests as first contact, including triaging emergency medical situations. Confidence and ability to work in fast-paced, high pressure situations whilst maintaining professionalism. Maintaining strict patient confidentiality and dealing with highly confidential material. Excellent computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite and Best Practice softwares.

Discuss clients’ requirements and provide recommendations on worldwide destinations, flights, accommodation, tours etc both in person and via telephone and email, in order to sell travel. Plan, prepare, quote and issue itineraries whilst liaising with other agents and suppliers. Basic knowledge of TUD and Galileo booking systems.
