Responsible for the sales and development of the High-Pressure hose product.Main Duties included:• Sales and Turnover• Developing Agent network• Delivery of Projects to time and budget• Training and development of staff• Assisting with Strategic planning• Liaising with sister plant in Szeged, Hungary

Responsible for Technical support across the business. Main Duties included:• Assessment of all non-standard enquiries• Support to sales team with customer visits and presentations• Representing the interests of the company on International Standards committees • Research and Development• Manufacturing Designs• Recommendation and advice on Capex• Preparation and maintenance of Manufacturing instructions

Responsible for the planning and control of all production activity.Main duties included:• Delivery of product to customer specifications on time• Health and Safety• Assistance with Product Development• Training and development of staff• Negotiations with Union representatives• Preparation of Manufacturing instructions
