Primary focus was liasion with the FAA Engine Propeller Certification Directorate to facilitate FAA approval of complex engine related PMA parts, and maintaining a close working relationship with FAA HQ and EASA HQ

President of Chromalloy - Airline JV designing and manufacturing FAA approved PMA high pressure turbine blades for large commercial jet engines. Grew company from $7 million in annual earnings to over $31 million. P&L leader/ strategic planning and growth.

Corporate "Mr. Fix It." Provided overall quality guidance to the Chromalloy companies. Maintained personal contact with foreign CAAs, JAA and its follow on organization EASA, and the FAA. Assisted airline customers with resolution of regulatory issues. Was a member of the corporate ethics committee.During the last three years in this position I was also Acting President of BELAC LLC, a joint venture of Chromalloy and several major airlines established to design and manufacture high quality PMA high pressure turbine blades.
