Dingtong is a professional manufacturer of automotive and telecommunication connectors. From mold/tooling development to finished products, Dingtong had cooperation with world famous connector brands such as TE , Molex and Amphenol.During this period, my role was to expand our business worldwide , maintain good cooperative relationships with major international customers and support the top management in its global expansion.

As Special Assistant for the General Manager，I worked for the implementation of the company's global strategy. Under my leadership, the company started cooperation with many international customers such as Hitachi, Sumitomo ,and PMG, which are major companies of powder metallgury. We supplied tools not just to their Chinese manufacturing sites, but also to their factories in Japan, USA and Europe.To better satisfy customers' needs, we established factories / offices in Indonesia, Japan and USA.The sales volume of powder metallurgy moulds increased quickly during this period.Also I served as an interpreter/translator for the Gerneral Manager. Therefore , I had a lot of opportunities to meet high-level business leaders of the powder metallurgy industry. This laid a solid foundation for my career in the mold/tooling industry.
