I am a driven leader with experience in several disciplines in emergency services including administration, management, and technology. My primary objective is to expand my knowledge, skills, and work experiences with an emphasis on leadership and management. As a veteran firefighter, I enjoy the challenges of finding new ways to get to the root cause of incidents, and how this can be leveraged to benefit the overall success of the organization. Through all these experiences, I have learned to effectively lead by example, coach, communicate, and motivate team members and peers. These values are instilled with me through my life and career pursuits.
