This means I have got to be prepared and have a solution for anything that occurs.My job role is to manage all sites and staff independently and effectively without the assistance of higher management. I deal with rotas, weekly reports, holiday arrangements and KPI’s.

• Supervising customers while using the centers facilities to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.• Being a team leader to help manage the station matrix, keeping other staff on target and supporting them to follow out daily duties such as safety checks and cleaning duties.• Attending to first aid situations.• I was very often a party host where I would manage activities for the children, ensure everything was fun and safe and preparing the rooms.• Doing daily paper work such as end of shift reports, waiver forms and gym membership forms.• Filling out first aid paperwork and doing stock take.• I also did many days on reception where I was responsible for taking phone calls, handling customer enquiries, obligations and complains.• Signing customers up for memberships, booking sessions and classes• I also did a lot of front of house work where I would be the first point of contact for customers showing them where they needed to be and helping them with anything they may have needed.
