CurrentLead planning and implementation of technical projects to successful completion.Work with leadership to understand department processes, workflows, and business directives.Lead project teams; communicate goals and build strategies in alignment with department objectives.Define problems; conduct root cause analysis to understand the business need for projects as needed.Act as a trusted intermediary, facilitating discussions with key stakeholders, customers, management, and other cross-functional team members.Develop technical solutions to new and complex business problems and make recommendations for optimizing existing workflows.Serve as a subject-matter expert for complex Training Applications business processes and workflows and propose improvements to them Interpret and simplify requirements through conceptual prototypes and user stories for developer work.
