Served in the United States Air Force as a Special Mission Aviator. Duties included running aircraft performance data, monitoring aircraft systems, employing defensive systems, operating rescue hoist and executing cockpit resource management. Duties not related to flying required leadership and focusing groups of 5 - 20 individuals to achieve a common goal. I served as a flight chief leading at multiple levels for 6 different squadrons. I have been certified as a Community College of the Air Force instructor and provided instruction both in the air and in the classroom environment. I was the primary instructor for teaching new instructors the Principals of Instruction, a CCAF accredited course. I also was a Master Resiliency Trainer for the Air Force. My duties required instruction in the classroom environment for newly assigned personnel to their first unit after completing their technical training.
