The program won the 2009 Innovation Award by the National Council for Public Private Partnerships for the Yuma Proving Ground Project (Yuma, AZ); the 2008 Infrastructure Project of the Year Award by the National Council for Public Private Partnerships for the National Inter-Agency Bio-defense Project at Fort Detrick, MD; an Association of Defense Communities (ADC) award in 2004 for Excellence in Military Privatization; and was a finalist for the 2007 GSA Achievement Award for Real Property Innovation.
