Memory care unit CNA. Assist residents with activities of daily living. Supervising and observing residents while they perform activities. • Provides support activities in production and sort area.• Performs equipment exchange and recording inventory controls, software / hardware installations and program updates, troubleshooting and problem resolution on computer, printer, RF units, and Telecommunication systems.• Monitors and administers multiple servers.• Train users on supported software and hardware with understanding of technology from a user perspective as well as technical perspective.• Assist users in resolving computer related problems such as inoperative hardware or software.• Problem solving, research and analysis. Provide front line support via phone to Hospital, Clinics and other medical facilities for the usage, maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of the SonoSite portable ultrasound units.

Tier II support for customer and Tier I engineers. Accepting front line calls from strategic customers for TriGeo Security Information Manager (SIM) appliance and SolarWinds Network Products. Supporting customer implementation and maintenance of network security appliance for compliance with PCI, NERC, HIPAA etc. including developing policy, sample audits and report generation. Assisted auditors within reading and interpreting audit reports.
