In collaboration with our team, we've successfully implemented a Train-the-Trainer program that strengthens the skills of our Warehouse and Transportation departments. This initiative not only aligns with our commitment to continuous learning but also reinforces our dedication to operational excellence.Responsibilities Include:▪ Developed and implemented a Train-the-Trainer program, including the selection and development of trainers for Warehouse and Transportation departments.▪ Applied advanced training and adult learning theories to design and deliver effective training programs.▪ Manage the onboarding process for new hires, overseeing their training through the first 90 days to ensure comprehensive understanding of job roles and performance expectations.▪ Design and administer both instructor-led and e-learning training modules for new and existing employees, including senior leadership.▪ Utilize SmartSheet to track and analyze training performance, providing insights and visibility to senior leadership.▪ Collaborate with department leaders to identify performance gaps and create targeted training and SOPs to achieve desired results.▪ Conduct weekly and monthly one-on-one and roundtable meetings to drive engagement, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvements.▪ Act as a mentor to peers across facilities and served as a consultant to corporate leaders on enterprise-wide initiatives.
