Established Charter Keck Cramer's Developemnt and Project Management Business Unit in 2003 within a well regarded Melbourne property valuation practice. The Business Unit provides development and project management services to a wide and vaired client base in Melbourne and around Australia, utilising the firm’s now diverse knowledge base and experienced professional staff. Client’s include Government, Hospitals, Universities, Banks, Private Investors and Developers.

Montlaur Project Services a small Melbourne based project management organisation which specialised in property consultancy and delivering full project management services for commercial office fit outs and building refurbishment on a short term contract. Principal responsibility was to deliver projects and assist the Director in marketing the professional services of the organisation.

Joined Leigh & Orange Australia Pty. Ltd. as a Project Manager as Retail Tenancy Co-ordination/Project Managers for the retail component of Jennings/A.G.C. (Westpac) $650M Southgate project in South Bank. Appointment required the establishment of the necessary project procedures and systems; the principal role was to support the project director to deliver the retail component of the project.

Victoria Central were the Project Managers of Kumagai Gumi's $1.1B Melbourne Central project. As a Project Manager for the Atrium Building (construction value $250M). In March 1991, took over the project management of the retail fit-out phase in which 170 retail tenancies were required to be fitted out within the Atrium and Lonsdale Street Buildings of Melbourne Central, with responsibility for 20 staff.
