Private PracticeIn 1998 I founded Keyes Quality Systems providing consulting and contract services related to operational excellence. More specifically, services focused on management systems development, code of ethical conduct and compliance, reduction of non-value added activities, organizational restructuring, and compliance to national and international standards.As a Lead Auditor since 1994, I've evaluated scores of businesses and organizations providing improvement roadmaps to leadership teams to take corrective action. In most cases I've been charged by my customers to also implement these changes while minimizing impact to day to day operations.
