- Leading on the research, development, and refinement of organisation-wide grantmaking policy through both internal and external insight.- Leading on the Quality Assurance of all reactive grantmaking throughout the organisation, ensuring all grants made are compliant and in line with policies and processes.- Ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, factual and transparent guidance and policy to ensure a smooth and proportionate application journey.- Leading on all grant approvals, ensuring appropriate and accurate sign-off, with supporting documentation and audit.

- Supporting high quality, high impact, and consistent grant making across the UK through development, implementation, and assurance of policy and processes for a leading UK charity.- Leading the day to day oversight and quality control of staff delegated decision making on grant applications across the UK, ensuring that the processes are consistent and robust, and that risk is adequately mitigated.- Designing and Implementing grantmaking policy at an organisational level.- Encouraging an environment of continuous improvement in our grant making and grant management activities, including developing, implementing and monitoring of new systems and processes- Leading on external communications in relation to Grants.

Founder and Delivery Lead for The Hungry Dragon, a small unincorporated group providing social activities and inclusive spaces through board gaming.
