As Producer at Fi, I was responsible for the managing most of the large projects in the Stockholm office, for brands such as HTC, BBC, Range Rover and IKEA. This involved working closely with the Managing Director to lead a team of IA specialists, designers and developers, as well as working with the New York office on many projects.I met clients at the outset of relationships - I then led the scoping, design and production process: my particular focus was to ensure IA, UX and technical planning was as thorough and effective as possible so that the project had clear parameters for success.With the project underway, I worked closely with creative and technical teams to oversee design & implementation, using my experience and knowledge of the client and project to provide guidance for the team.I was also responsible for putting together project contracts and formal agreements, as well as the invoicing of projects – it was my job to ensure projects were delivered on time and on budget.

I quickly progressed, reaching director level within three years and delivering some award-winning work recognised by FWA and Adobe. During my tenure, I built and led a team of eight, comprising web designers, developers and a project manager. I was responsible for the direction of The Roundhouse's interactive output: websites, applications, games and e-commerce. I was involved at the outset of most projects - presenting in pitch situations, meeting new clients and shaping the initial brief into a real project. I then led the scoping process and oversaw design, production and delivery.
