About Tom L.
Hello! My name is Tom Laman and I have more than 15 years of hospital and hospice experienced, first at the bedside and then as nursing administrative support via staffing coordination . I also have cross-trained from patient care technician to health unit coordinator and have worked in almost of every specific care treatment capacity type. My favorite teams have been in hospice and unit float positions, including ICU experience. I love working with others to better patient outcomes and getting to know the rich backgrounds of the patients and families that I have served through the years!
