Working on a variety of prestigious brands such as Cartier, IWC, Panerai performing a number of roles from dismantling and quality control. Joined the team initially on a 2 month contract as a dismantler. Exceeding productivity targets consistently by dismantling 55 watches against a target of 42 which included the more complex brands of IWC and Panerai which are normally given double time for compared to Cartier. I have the ability to work as part of a team and on my own initiative within a target driven environment. In December I was asked to run the QC department for a 3 week period for Cartier, Montblanc, Baume and Mercier. Fully trained on re-casing for IWC and Panerai with positive feedback from the head of each brand. In addition completed parts job and movement exchange training for Cartier.

In addition to my own work, I have recently taken responsibility for sorting and distributing incoming work, which includes prioritising each job and to then choose a suitable candidate to carry out the repair.
