Responsible for the production lines set-up and optimizing, production planning and controlling of team’s OT, headcount, Productivity/Efficiency/ FPY improvement, material scrap, ect.Material management. Track material Clear To Build status and control the material shortage and excess risk, make sure all the Mechanical, PCBA and FATP parts on time delivery for each build.Creating Product Quote per customer’s drawings and the provided information (cost BOM, Mfg time, equipment efficiency……) from internal team members.Chair regular con-calls with cross-functional and cross-culture internal & external organizations to sync up project statusResponsible the project final finance delivery - PnL.Providing professional recommendations to customer for Mfg (DFM,DFT,DFx) and supply chain wises when the project is in R&D or NPI stage

Lead the whole procedure from BOM/Component Quotation, Prototype Build, Mass Production, to RMA, etc. Lead the team to drive the risk analysis before MP and continuous improvement plan. Drive the team on the production efficiency improvement and product quality issues.Ensure coordination of activities and information exchange within NOTE and to customer.Acting as the main company representative during customer visiting, auditing, teleconferences and other meetings.

Very familiar with the procedure of new project introduction and be good at estimating the quotation on new product, have a good skill on communicating with the customers. 1) Main interface with customer and CFT team.
