As Commercial Account Manager handles dual role of both Commercial truck sales and marketing within the Commercial Truck Department. The Commercial Account Manager works to achieve sales by spending time with Commercial Truck customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options; represents the Commercial Truck department with in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and technology;test drives vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features; follows up with prospective customers and returns email / voice mail; supports on-line customers by setting appointments; follows up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads. As the Marketing Specialist within the Commercial Truck Department the role focuses on being responsible for delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of company products and services. Develops sales presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing. Attends Community events and trade shows. Develops and implements the department’s social media strategy, including the development and maintenance of online content that attracts attention, generations interest, and is easily shared with social networks. Establishes relationships with members of the online community; specifically Facebook, InstaGram and LinkedIn.
