I am a Flow of Work Accelerator for Project4 Learning Lab, with a background in systems design engineering and applying agile (and other project management) working methodologies within organisations.I have worked with clients developing/delivering complex products in the Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, Rail, Construction and IT industries to identify and tackle impediments to their flow of work, coaching team members and applying different approaches to ensure sustainable growth and success within the organisation.I specialise in the application of visual tools to supplement working practices, including board architecture, best practices and automation of processes to allow users to feel comfortable visualising and tracking their work at multiple levels. I have experience in mapping out organisational projects on tools such as Businessmap, Azure Devops, Leankit and Jira, as well as applying visualisation on iObeya and Miro.My experience started at Airbus working as a Maturity Integrator for Landing Gear and Fuel Systems on the A350-900, before joining Rolls-Royce as a consultant. Here, I worked as a Systems Design and Integration engineer on the Trent 900 EP3+ programme, which introduced me to the world of Agile management and applying Agile rituals in a complex delivery environment. I developed a board structure and system within Businessmap to support sprint planning, creating best practices for planning, tracking and cross-functional activities, ensuring visibility from the bottom line to the top project level.At the start of the global pandemic of 2020 I made the decision to become a self employed consultant, working with Businessmap and Holia gmbh to provide technical support as well as creating guidance videos and material on how to use the tool and apply certain practices within. In 2023 I made the leap to work with Project4 Learning Lab and become the Flow of Work Accelerator I am today!In my personal life, I enjoy playing playing and listening to music, as well as enjoying whatever sports I can (including motorsport, padel, handball, football, rugby and golf). I also enjoy voice recording and presenting as well as travelling the world and meeting cool people.
