In 2010, Low won Textron’s Chairman’s Award for Innovation (Textron’s highest award) for leading the efforts to continue financing Cessna and Bell product through securing a $500 million credit facility with Ex-Im and a $250 million credit facility with EDC at a time when Textron’s deteriorating credit rating forced the liquidation of its $13 billion finance portfolio outside of these new facilities.
