I helped oversee research, edit, and publish articles in the Swarthmore College Global Nonviolent Action Database, as well as assist Professors Lee Smithey and George Lakey in teaching class Peac 078 Strategy and Nonviolent struggle. Typical responsibilities included providing written and oral feedback to students, assisting them in their research, setting and adjusting deadlines, presenting my own research experiences in class, at times leading discussion, addressing student concerns, providing evaluations of student performance to the primary professor, evaluating cases to be published in the Database, and publishing cases in the Database. I also worked periodically during 2016 gathering and entering data in the Delaware County Homicide Database also housed at Swarthmore.
