Conduct facility inspections, provide daily direction, direct the management of our contracted service provider in contract clarification and purchase all materials for the in-house facilities as well as paper for the entire campus.• Manage a variety of projects in support of the university. • Develop and submit Deferred Maintenance and Capital Projects. Build scopes, budgets and manage of the approved projects annually.
