Joined the bank following the 2008 economic downturn as Portfolio Manager for loan workouts of acquired non-performing commercial loans in 32 different states with an emphasis on loans secured by commercial real estate.

On a consultant basis, developed several phases of custom home lots in the Osage Hills subdivision in the Little Rock area for Dallas based Liberty Bankers Life Insurance, with the final phase of 72 lots being completed in 2016.

Project manager for two Austin, Texas projects, a 1,000-acre master planned residential development and an 800-acre commercial and multi-family land development. Also handled various REO projects for affiliates.

Hired by the equity investors to evaluate and implement a turnaround plan for two Dallas area lake-oriented condominium projects. Also acquired two East Texas lake properties for future residential development.

Project manager for 53 projects of this Dallas real estate investment and development firm. Projects included a variety of acquisitions and developments, including residential lot developments, office, note purchases, retail, medical buildings and land acquisitions.

As partner in charge of office development, planned, constructed, leased, finished-out and sold two projects in the Uptown area of Dallas. 2501 Cedar Springs was a 115,000 SF speculative office building with construction on time and below budget, with lease up within ten months. 1845 Woodall Rogers Tower was a 17 story, 160,000 SF office building that, after securing a lead tenant equity partner, and achieved 100% lease up before completion. Both office projects were completed on time, under budget and sold at a significant profit.
