As the Miniatures Director and lead sculptor for MegaCon Games my primary duties include project management for all aspects of 3D components (manufacturing, scheduling, contractors, etc.) and maintaining a consistent look in the product line. During my time at MegaCon Games I sculpted 80 miniatures and shepherding the creation of over 300 miniatures across 4 board game lines.
