I have founded a new business, TM Healthcare Consulting Ltd, following my retirement from Niche Health & Social Care Consulting Ltd, after successfully running the firm I developed and created some three decades ago. I am so proud of the legacy I have left for the now employee-led firm to develop and move forward.I am now seeking to spread the expertise and experience I gained to the wider NHS and commercial economy. My passion continues to make the NHS as good as possible within the limited resources it must deliver.Over the years, I have led numerous strategic consulting assignments and led the development and sustainability of a firm through the many changes the NHS has seen over the years. We developed a range of specialist consultancy services for NHS trusts (mental health, acute, specialist, ambulance, primary, and community), commissioners, private providers and regulatory organisations.
