Develop and maintain positive relationships with affiliate leadership clients. Conduct client meetings, communicate to clients regarding regional facilities performance. Prepare presentations to management to obtain approval for budgets, initiatives and projects.Develop and recommend strategic facility management objectives for affiliates. Prepare capital project budgets and operating budget reports for each location. Prepare periodic operating budget variance reports.Manage facilities staff (25) to deliver expected service levels to the affiliates within the prescribed budget. Responsible for facility inspections for quality assurance on a periodic basis. Ensure facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Develop policies and procedures to ensure that best practices are standardized across the region.
