My experiences focus on the development of strategy and organizational structure to adapt in a rapidly changing strategic and technological environment. I am well versed in strategy development, personnel management, and program management. I enjoy the leadership challenges in educating/training and developing employees. I hold a Ph.D. in International Relations from the Fletcher School, Tufts University, where I researched the development of cyberspace theory using extant maritime and air theory.
