• Leading the development & implementation of Prescriptive Energy Conservation Measures for Local Law 97 to decarbonize over 50 buildings.• Conduct mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) assessments for diverse building types within a portfolio of ~1,100 properties. • Identify and forecast potential energy saving and decarbonization opportunities in buildings, utilizing tools such as Energy Star Portfolio Manager and MS Excel.• Assist the Director of Engineering and Operations with Energy data collection and monitoring for over 100 utility accounts. • Managing Local Law 152 compliance Gas Piping Inspections for over 100 properties annually.• Provide technical guidance for Local Law 88 compliance to meet the 2020 NYC Energy Conservation Code requirements. • Abreast of energy incentives provided by utility companies such as Con Edison and National Grid.• Skillfully building relationships with a diverse range of engineers, trades, vendors, and general contractors.
