Manage all aspects of WW eCommerce for the Replacement Parts Business including managing ongoing changes and improvements to the application (Enterprise Parts Store) with IT, Credit Card and PayPal support with Banking Partners, Running Search Engine Marketing Campaigns, Conducting Usability Studies and ensuring Brand and Legal compliance.

Managed all aspects of eCommerce for the Replacement Parts Business which became the Parts,Consumables and Accessories business for Hewlett Packard Corporation before the HP Separation. During that time I developed and expanded the HP Parts Store to 21 End-User Credit Card countries and an additional 44 Countries for Terms Reseller Partners. I led a WW team that worked directly with IT on constant improvements to the application and was responsible for usability studies,search engine marketing campaigns,legal and brand compliance. In 2013 my application was a finalist for the Gold Star Award in the TSIA industry association service application contest.

As Separation Manager for the Parts Consumables and Accessories Business in HPI, I was part of the Support and Service Separation Management Office. I wrote the blueprint for Separation for the Parts business and I launched and managed 5 Major projects for Separation including IT, Partner Contracts, People, Sales & Partner Management, and Global eCommerce Banking Support. The long and complex effort was successful, resulting in two standalone Parts Businesses, each with it's own eCommerce application, People team, Partner community and Banking Support. HPI calls it's business Parts, Consumables & Accessories and HPE calls its business the Replacement Parts Business. Following Separation I became the eCommerce Manager for the HPE Replacement Parts Business.
