Working within the Professional Services team, I manage a fully remote team of engineers responsible for helping new clients onto the Pantheon platform and making sure they have everything that they need to be successful in their new online home. I also create, maintain, and scale out new services to help those clients; work with other engineering and product management stakeholders to grow those services; and ultimately help transition those services into fully-integrated products on our platform.

As the technology lead, I'm building on my responsibilities as lead developer and ensuring that our development process is as efficient as possible and that our developers have everything they need to turn around client projects at the highest level. I work closely with our business development team to review RFPs, provide high-level estimates and scopes, and address any questions about our technology environment for our current and potential clients. Once a project has kicked off, I work closely with our content strategists and our designers to ensure that our designs represent the level of effort we've budgeted for any given project. I help our project management team stay informed about the progress of the development team on their project.
