I achieved a 2.1 at the University of Exeter, in Sports and Exercise Sciences specifically specialising in factors affecting the health of young adolescents and what can be done to improve this. I am a Personal Trainer at Winners 2000, where I am committed to making a difference to people's lives both physically and mentally, through the use of exercise. In 2021 I started Link Torbay, a company focusing on utilising exercise to help seniors and people with disabilities.Since starting the company we have worked with a huge variety of conditions and illnesses such as; Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s, Cancer and Stroke rehabilitation.
