I believe my business degree and broader personal skills make me a really good placement candidate. I am a confident person with good verbal and written communication skills. I have demonstrated this on my course and when I was deputy house captain at school, where I presented to over 160 people a number of times at various events. In addition to academic teamwork on my course, my background in both team sports and challenging outdoor team activities show I am experienced at both operating within a team and leading teams.My commitment to a part time job, rugby, tennis, football, hockey, a 120-mile endurance kayak marathon and gold Duke of Edinburgh whilst working hard for my A Levels demonstrate that I am a dedicated, results driven individual with good planning skills who is prepared to work hard in order to hit deadlines and achieve success.Whilst I recognise that I still have much to learn I am convinced that I possess many of the skills and attributes that would make me a useful employee. I am confident that these attributes and the knowledge learned on my course combined with my ability to learn and develop on the job would make me a valuable member staff.
