As Senior Vice President of Carrier Services at TailWind Voice & Data, I’ve had the privilege of leading both the sales and operational fronts of our carrier business since 2014. I’m responsible for managing all aspects of our P&L and SG&A, overseeing teams that include pricing coordinators, provisioners, project managers, and NOC technicians. Together, we control the operational side of our access offering while ensuring we meet and exceed our sales goals. Handling executive escalations and playing a key role in closing deals are also critical parts of my role, and I’m proud to contribute to the growth and success of TailWind.Prior to TailWind, I served as National Director of Sales at Covad Communications, where I led efforts to drive revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing. I was honored to make President's Club five times, receive the Founders Award three times, and be recognized as Best Team Leader for four consecutive years. My career began in the U.S. Navy as a Radioman, where I was responsible for all communications on board my ship and received the Navy Achievement Medal before being honorably discharged.Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of three. In my free time, I volunteer as a coach for a competitive baseball team, which has been nationally ranked over the years – a role that allows me to combine my love of sports with the joy of mentoring young athletes.
