After graduating from college with a BS in Economics I started my career in banking. As an Army trained aviator I spent 12 years as a commercial pilot flying airplanes and helicopters and managing a Fixed Base Operation in the Minneaplis-St. Paul area. My wife and I then started and operated our own business for 17 years. Shortly after selling the business I started helping people advance their careers. My reward comes in seeing the lives of others changed for the better as we help others meet individual and family goals. .Free time activities include woodworking and working with a caring ministry called Stephens Ministry.I previously spent about 15 years as a volunteer in faith based prison ministry. I recently took training for the Stephen Ministry which is a national faith based ministry that works through local churches to help those individuals who are in transition points in their life or who are experiencing some difficult times. It is our goal build trusting relationships with which to assist others as they work their way, with God's help, through the difficult situation that they are presently dealing with. The reward is seeing a smile as new hope changes attitudes and priorities.
