Working intimately with the US Defense Department and liaising with NATO partners in Afghanistan during the Kabul withdrawal to obtain accurate lessons learnt - to ensure an economically viable, militarily safe and politically acceptable plan was in place.• Forging long-lasting and valued connections across a multinational coalition of 6,000 troops from 30+ countries. Ensuring that British military operations remained in line with UK policy but also aligned with cultural values and foreign policies of partner nations. Frequently requested to sit in on discussions with foreign senior leaders to help influence outcomes and make the most of expertly crafted diplomatic relationships.• Trusted with production, dissemination and accountability of highly sensitive and top-secret material.• Responsible for accurately accounting for British personnel and equipment after any direct kinetic engagement from enemy forces – with my reports being delivered directly to the UK Prime Minister. Coordinating transport, feeding and tactical activity whilst supporting planning processes of higher commanders. Commended for producing the most effective Squadron (out of 15 similar sized units) of the exercise.• In 2020, I was attached to Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Local Resilience Forum for 5 months to assist in covid preparations and crisis management. In this role I successfully restructured the PPE procurement pathway for local gov, which was later rolled out nationwide – saving the NHS hundreds of thousands of pounds and potentially saving many lives. -

Liaised with FCDO for funding and permission, then wrote and delivered a training package to 90 local police officers – receiving commendation from the British High Commissioner in Nigeria for my efforts. -
