I manage a strong multi regional team designing, implementing and managing customer focussed applications using the Agile methodology.

• Day to day running of Thales and Airbus accounts including furthering sales and customer relationship development. • Product development and design of control panel and associated lighting circuits.• Maintaining strict control over budgeting and procurement for proposed and outstanding LTA products.• Ensuring that accounts under my management conform to ISO 9001 standards.• Manufacturing of a variety of man machine interfaces including multi-function display units, from PCB population through to build and test of product. • To keep my personal part of the business profit worthy on a monthly basis by forecasting and tight control over all financial implications.

• Design and deployment of SaaS.• The set up and customary design of a Customer Relationship Management platform.• Design and deployment of wireless network infrastructures.• First line customer technical support diagnosing wireless and fixed line performance and fault issues.• Customer wireless network installations.• Project Development. This includes marketing the product in the correct areas, securing assignment and managing the project from idea to installation.

• To maintain all craft around the centre, to ensure there are no defaults or breakages to the craft and to ensure it is safe for on water activities. This includes Engine maintenance and composite repair work. • Ensuring all the equipment for my daily activities was set up correctly. Dealing with queries of clients of all ages about the course they are attending, making sure they are correctly suited, briefed and safe for on water activities. • To teach and coach the students on water in several different disciplines, including sailing in all sizes of dinghy’s and keel boats. To teach and coach windsurfing and kayaking. To ensure the safety at all times of the students on and off water. • To manage the whole centre, water sports and yachting between the hours of 21.30 and 08.30 the next morning. This involves locking up the whole site, dealing with any emergencies that could occur on the site and taking care of any injured or ill people on the site between these hours.
