He taught Building Codes for seven years.Tom has operated a private building department in Manatee County providing Building Department services to developers such as Benderson, Casto Lifestyle, and Lakewood Ranch Commercial Realty. We also have provided those services to the School District of Manatee County and to the Manatee County Building Department. We have solved permitting and inspection problems in jurisdictions all over the state for our developer clients. We are currently providing Threshold Inspection services for the following projects
