In my role as associate agent, I continue my administrative duties to the director (including deal negotiations, submissions, diary management, sending audition material, video editing, theatre trips, contract reading and amending) alongside building my own roster of creative and acting talent.

Assistant to the director/senior agent, managing leading talent and working closely with the large volume of creative talent we represent- primarily musical directors, directors, arrangers, lighting and sound designers and choreographic talent. On a day to day basis I manage vastly differing client's needs and complex international logistics for in-demand leading talent and I’ve found my extensive contacts in all areas of the theatre from my years working in the industry have been imperative, particularly in the management of creatives. Responsibilities include diary management, arranging auditions, spotlight submissions, self-tape editing, negotiations and deals, contract reading, attending the theatre and showcases and face-to-face client meetings on a regular basis.I pride myself on being emotionally intelligent, direct, professional and outgoing, allowing me to manage stressful and fast-paced situations calmly and to provide a steadfast and reassuring direct line to clients. I've found that now I'm fortunate to work with Tony, Olivier and Grammy winners/nominees on a regular basis- the high quality of work and demanding nature of the level of career the clients are operating on has necessitated these skills.

For several months, I successfully floated across a minimum of three and sometimes as many as five busy client lists.Primary responsibilities included diary management, calling out and arranging auditions, sending scripts and material, editing self-tapes, answering the 'phone and regularly attending the theatre for client productions.I gained valuable administrative experience alongside my already significant experience within the arts and entertainment industry and worked equally across ensemble players, leading talent, screen actors and creatives- tailoring my communication and linguistic style to the different demands of different areas of the industry.
