Simultaneously developed an automated stock control system leading to significantly improved cash flow and enhanced product availability. Managed, grew and developed new customer accounts in the UK and throughout export markets leading to exponential export sales growth in three years.Through streamlined processes and supplier diversification created a stronger supply chain with better quality and lower costs. Worked closely with suppliers to design and launch new in store display stands and point of sale collateral.Drove strategic direction of the company with limited resources that included sourcing alternative finance, identifying and penetrating new markets, managing strategic partnerships, company mergers and negotiating improved retailer terms.
