My time here saw me progress from being a waiter to a Team Leader, to being offered a managerial position. My role as Team Leader required me to supervise and motivate the rest of the team whilst ensuring that each shift ran smoothly, for example setting up a sales bingo system whereby waiters were rewarded for selling difficult items.
