Network Communications Support It Technician
Current∙ Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope∙ Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables∙ Confer with project personnel to identify problems and appropriate solutions ∙ Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects∙ Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards∙ Prepare project status reports for senior management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends∙ Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel by assigning duties and responsibilities ∙ Participate in bi-monthly Design Meetings discussing projects from inception to implementation∙ Monitor the performance of project team members and provide documented performance feedback∙ Verify system functionality and detect errors after material network or hardware updates ∙ Setup various IT equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and appropriate software∙ Install and perform repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications∙ Provide technical assistance and user support through active listening, computer diagnostics and technical manuals∙ Escalate major hardware, software and defective product repairs to vendors or technicians for service∙ Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new store openings and Pharmacy installations/remodels
