My background in business development began with the founding of my first business in 1986, CompuCare Inc (MILT Inc)., which developed and sold custom software for the airfreight, legal, police, fire and EMS markets in Cincinnati. I learned first-hand how to successfully take a small business from inception to the sale of his company in 1991. My next venture in 1991 was Ad Express where he co-founded and managed an electronic ad delivery business for ten years, then expanded into Canada. I contributed in developing and implementing new billing, ad flow and other important internal policies and procedures needed for this new technology. I lead a team who integrated DirectLink into the Ad Express product portfolio and made the first sale to the Chicago Tribune. I have traveled extensively throughout North America selling and installing technology to a large percentage of on-line newspapers and advertisers. This has given me valuable first hand experience in taking a business to market. Some of my other experiences includes, management of a business products center for Tandy Corp. and Vice President of Global Sales for the largest pre-press and brand development company in the world. Over the past 20+ years I have continued to refine my skills in the area of sales, strategic planning, marketing and operations, with one goal in mind - to contribute as part of a professional sales team in achieving sales and growth goals.
